It’s slowing you down more than you realise.
Obsessing over:
Every change on the scale
Every bite that passes your mouth
Every workout being “on point”
Wondering if it’s even the ‘right’ workout
And questioning if you need to add XYZ because some influencer (with less spiritually aligned abs than mine) said so 😂
But what if instead of asking them—you asked God?
Matthew 6:25 says:
“Do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body…”
God’s got it covered.
That means you can:
Train without tension
Eat without guilt
Move without spiralling
Live without over-calculating every decision
Because it’s not about hitting every rep, meal, or journal prompt perfectly.
It’s about starting in the first place.
Being consistent with the small.
Not overwhelming yourself with every trend and healthy food reel.
Let’s break it down simply:
Chill.
Train.
Read your Bible.
Eat your greens.
Have the cookie.
Drink your water.
And mind your business.
