I’ve worked with everyone from mums-to-be, to students, to busy mums chasing their next 10K PB — and I’ve seen how the right training, structure, and mindset can completely transform not just how you look, but how you feel.
As a mum of four, I know first-hand what it’s like to rebuild strength and confidence after pregnancy. With a background in sport from a young age and a love for running ultras and races, I’ve developed a deep understanding of nutrition, exercise, and biomechanics — how the body truly moves. Paired with my drive to continually refine my skills, I deliver training that works for your life… and lasts
