You made it to the gym - you’ve got your headphones, programme and pre-workout in hand, you warm up as normal, do a few random stretches/mobility and head to the weights room.


You’ve been training for years.. 

You know what you’re doing… but are you being intentional?

It’s been a game changer for my training and now I'm reaping the benefits.. and RESULTS and you can too. 

So next time your in the gym - ask yourself one of these:


  • Have I warmed up enough? Is my HR elevated, are my muscles warm?


  • Am I seeing results from the mobility routine I'm currently doing?


  • How's my mind muscle connection?

  • Are my quads actually engaged on the leg extension or is my back helping out?

  • Is my core switched on or am I just sucking & squeezing my abs in tightly?

I get it you’re busy, the gym is your time to switch off and this probably sounds like another “to - do list” 

but… 

The good news is you only need to implement ONE of these into your current routine to see results.
