I know what its like to feel stuck in your own body. to juggle kids, work and life- and still feel like you’re falling short.
I’ve been there. Low on energy, obsessed with the scale and constantly starting over.
That’s exactly why I started online coaching:
To help busy mums like you feel strong again.
Not just in your body-but in your mindset, your energy and your everyday life.
MY STORY
I’m a mum a personal trainer and a woman who found her strength-not just thought training, but through train.
I’ve always had an athletic build and grew up hating it.
I felt self-conscious, like I had to look “softer” to be accepted.
That led me into crash diets, quick fixes, crash diets and constantly starting over.
I was stuck in survival mode-physically, emotionally and spiritually.
What changed?
God did.
I stopped trying to shrink who I was and started embracing the strength He gave me. I trained at 6am while my kids slept. At first it was about trying to heal-from broken relationships and the weight of always needing to be more.
That was my plan
But the whole time, God was shaping me into who I was always meant to be.
In 2021 I embraced a new challenge and returned to running-something I had love at school but stopped due to comments about my “thick thighs” I haven’t looked back since.
Now, I coach other mums who are done with fads, done playing small, and want more than just a meal plan and a generic app.
I help you train with purpose, fuel for performance, and build real strength that carries into everything you do.
