  • Nope. All plans can be done at home with little to no equipment. If you have access to a gym, we’ll adapt it for you.

  • Yes. You’re billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime with 7 days notice before your next renewal. No stress, no pressure.

  • Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive your client welcome pack with what to expect next.

    Your training plan and access to the members-only area will follow shortly after.

    Your nutrition guide will be created once I’ve reviewed your food diary-so it’s completely tailored to you.

    You’ll also have WhatsApp access for check-ins and support, depending on your package.

  • Apply anyway-I’ll review your form and help you decide what best fits your goals, lifestyle and support needs.
